Greetings Fashion Friends,
Tuesdays are getting harder and harder for me to blog. I know most of you are in the same boat and you're so supportive anyways, but I feel bad. I used to blog 6 days a week (Mon - Sat) when I first started, but then I shifted to Mon - Fri only. Now, I'm struggling with that. I try to dedicate at least 1 - 2 hours to blogging every day: that includes researching my topics, reader requests, posting my personal style, etc. However, I'm throwing in 30 minutes here and there and hoping I will complete one post before the day is out, LOL. Oh no, wait a minute, blogging is starting to imitate my work life......and that's not a good thing. Fashion is my outlet so when it starts to become overwhelming or resemble real work, I'm going to have to switch directions with the blog content or revisit my blog time allocation schedule....boring! Are you guys experiencing the same or similar struggles? How did you overcome them? Do tell....
This past Sunday I pulled out a thrift find that I have waited too long to wear. I have no rhyme or reason when it comes to showing love to items in my wardrobe. I'm pretty much all over the place. Of course I have staple pieces but its seems as if the trendy items get purchased just to sit in my closet. This cutout dress below is just one example.
Arrivederci!

The bright pink color is a great seasonal contrast (when it actually gets chilly). I plan to rework this garb several different ways. Also, I really love the padded shoulders on this blazer. FYI, the lapels are silk....hot!
The sleeves of this poor blazer are pushed up to maximum height.....still experiencing sweltering temps down here. SMH.
This cute little number has POCKETS!!!! Whoop, whoop!
Love the cutout.....because I wore a blazer over it I didn't care about my bra showing ;-)
Blazer - Thrifted
Necklace - Forever 21
Dress - Asos.com
Handbag - Alexander Wang 'Rocco' (gift from friend)
Heels - Karen Millen of England
Arrivederci!

Since my camera broke, I have been blogging less and less. Fortunately, I have been able to connect with readers and fellow bloggers through Instagram and Twitter, as well as FB. Although I miss blogging on a regular basis, I must admit that it has been nice to have this break, and still be able to communicate with people.
With Love,
Ashley
