I hope you all had a fabulous holiday. MLK weekend was full of parades, tributes, and other events. I missed the parades (had to work) but I did make it out to observe the tributes and performances in my city. I had to work on Monday so no time to relax but all and all it was a great holiday :-)

It was chilly out...finally *insert happy dance here* so I pulled out my new thigh high boots and stepped out.....to grab a bite to eat ;-)

Of course you know I couldn't zip the boots all the way up, LOL. But I'm keeping hope alive. Each time I wear them they should 'loosen' up a little. Haaaa!
