Outfit: Extreme Wide Leg Pants and Cropped Top

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

It's great to be back. If you didn't know, my family and I was in the path of Hurricane Irma. We did okay. We had minimal structural damage but my yard looks a hot mess. Oh well....needless to say, we were without power for a while and it was challenging to get out and about. I was unable to go anywhere and the only photos I took was of the disaster around my home. But I'm happy to say that things are slowly, but surely returning to normal. Thank the good Lord!

I was so happy to get out and about that I got dressed up to go get groceries to replace those that spoiled during the storm. You all know overdressing is one of my favorite past times, LOL.

I told my mom I was looking for a pair of wide leg denim pants and she was like "HELLO, I can make them for you"! We immediately took a trip to the fabric store. I don't know why I don't take advantage of my mom's seamstress talents. She's simply ah-mazing!!! I'm going to have her make at least 2 more pairs.

I kept this look as simple as possible to give these pants the focus they deserve!
