Outfit: Mustard Yellow Multi-Tiered Maxi Dress

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

I had a wonderful weekend and despite the fact I had a house full, I was still able to sneak a couple of kindergarten naps in the mix! LOL! I seriously have no time for naps during the week so on the weekends I try my best to take 1 or 2 ;-)

In between entertaining family and napping, I did a little bit of shopping. I'm planning vacation outfits for my upcoming trips and although I have a ton of clothes (said no fashion blogger ever), I've gained quite a few pounds so I had to purchase some more garments. I would add a snarky comment here but you all don't realize I paused from typing for about 15 minutes to drop a couple of tears and vow to take my dieting and exercising more serious (rolls eyes at self) *the struggle*

Yellow is my favorite summer hue....if you didn't draw a conclusion from the numerous bright and sunny garments I wear during the summer well, now you know, lol.

I was unable to capture the gauzy material and airy feel of this tiered, halter dress on camera. But believe me, it feels divine and weighs like 0.2 lbs.....my ideal summer garment requirements!

 

 

 

I complemented the dress with a hot pink, furry clutch and statement, feathered earrings.
