Outfit: Linen Blazer and Polka Dot Shorts

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

I hope your week is off to a great start! If not, pray about it and keep a positive attitude! I know I am. I had an excellent weekend and I hope to repeat it again but until that time comes, let me just focus on the here and now. So apparently I had a brain fart and decided I would wear a blazer on day where the temp reached 104 degrees. Yea, I probably had a mini heat stroke but I survived, lol.

I cannot believe I'm wearing white shoes. I've always been against cocaine white heels. I used to think they were tacky and easily soiled. I just recently got interested in them as I've spotted runway looks with monochromatic outfits paired with white stilettos. Then I've seen them more and more on my fellow bloggers. I've never thought of myself as a fashion follower but I chose to follow today :-)

 

 

 

I paired my heels with a linen blazer and dark bottom for a greater contrast. It makes the heels stand out! However, next time a wear them (wow, didn't think I would admit to that), I plan on pairing them with a completely monochromatic look.
