Outfit: Polka Dot Dress

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

I'm back from my very awesome mini getaway. My mom and I were trying to rack our brains to figure out how to extend our vacay by 3-4 days. We obviously were unsuccessful, lol. I'm a little bronzed and as a result I have been affectionately calling my complexion "Easter Bunny Chocolate". Haaa!

Bought this dress for 2 main reasons. 1). It has polka dots 2). It has a flared skirt. It reminded me of the 50s style dresses and thus my vintage love was piqued. I wore it to church on this past Sunday. I just need to add a wide brimmed hat and I can rock this look for the Kentucky Derby as well, lol.

I love turquoise paired with black and white accessories. Well, let me take that back......I actually love any bright color paired with black and white palette. It just looks so fab when bright colors are paired together with this classic canvas.

These heels are way more comfortable when I'm just standing on walking short distances. And they really don't hurt, they're just difficult to walk in because the arch is so high! Feel like I'm tip-toeing the entire time!!! LOL!
