Outfit: Coral Skater Dress and Turquoise Necklace

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

I'm baaaaaccck!!! It's been a short long time right? LOL! I was only absent from the blog for a week but it feels waaayy longer. I guess it's hard to break my love for my fashion pad and followers ;-)

So, if you're curious, my vacation was hands down the most amazing trip so far. My friends and I visited London, then spent the bulk of our time Kenya. We went to Nairobi and Mombasa. We started off with a fabulous safari, spent time in the super busy city center of Nairobi, then we flew to the coast to kick it on the beach in Mombasa. We wrapped up our trip back in Nairobi for the last few days. I took so many photos it was overwhelming just to download the pics!!! To be honest, not sure if I'm going to post any fashion/vacation photos any time soon.....but I will share a quick synopsis in a future post.

When I returned last week, I realized I had a wedding to attend so I ended up traveling again this past weekend. It was a beach wedding so it was pretty relaxing but my body was still in the throes of jet lag so needless to say I was exhausted!

Tired or not.....you know I had to come correct on the fashion tip :-) I pulled out this lovely dress I purchased a few years back. It is one of my favorite purchases.

Because the wedding was on the beach I wore flat sandals (not pictured) then switched to the heels for the reception. I accessorized with neutrals but I just had to add a piece of jewelry that reflected the ocean's hue. I don't wear this item very often so I was excited to pair it with this coral dress.

......just a little back action for you ;-)
