Outfit: Pleated Polka Dots and Linen Blazer

Greetings Fashionistas,

It's Friday.....and the end of May!!! The weekend begins and I'm ready to catch up on some shopping and fun. I'm vacationing in a couple of weeks and for some reason I want to be freakin' fabulous! No simple maxis or tanks and shorts....I'm going vacation glam! Think Beyonce' and J.Lo....even on their downtime they rock some super fierce styles.....my kind of divas!

My style post below includes a pleated polka dot skirt that I initially thought was a mini skirt. Then I tried it on (at home) and discovered that it came to my knees....blast my short stature!!! However, I must digress, this skirt has now been added to my career-church-social event rotation, lol. It's a favorite of mine....especially due to the polka dot prints ;-)

I was headed to a business dinner and decided to snap some fun photos before I left....I'm almost always running late so I had to be quick. SMH

Guys....it feels so good to be back in heels. I actually am taking it slow by limiting the time I'm in heels and the amount of times per week I wear them. My ankle is better but it's definitely not 100%. Good thing I'm serious about comfortable shoes or I would be in deep crap trying to rock some heels!
