Outfit: Trench Coat and Sweater Dress

Greetings Fashion Pad Readers,

Happy Monday! Did you all watch the Oscar's red carpet? I did after I remembered it was on. SMH. Missed a lot of fab dresses but I did get to see a few before the show started. From what I saw, Halle Berry and Kelly Rowland were my two favorites but I still need to see the long list of arrivals' photos before I include either one of them as my 'look of the week'.

I have another cold weather look for you all today. But first, let me caution you to never ever place your new wardrobe additions in the back of your closet. I actually keep my new items in the middle of one of my closets. This way I'm able to zoom in on 'something new' when I want to shop my closet. Otherwise, I swear my clothes disappear or blend in to their surroundings, lol. This trench that I'm wearing below was purchased like 4 years ago.....I popped the tags off of it a couple of days ago. I suck so bad! The sad thing is that I was going to buy another one last season. Don't say anything....I promise you I got it together now.

This trench gave me the 'high society' diva look I was going for, lol. For such an affordable trench, the lining really kept me warm and cozy against the cold winds.

I thought I was a bad diva that day, LOL. I love wearing oversized sunglasses. They work best on my 'supersized' head :-)

Sunglasses - Chloe
Earrings - Street vendor
Trench Coat - Old Navy
Scarf - Zara
Dress - Express
Ring - UrbanOg.com
Handbag - LV Speedy 35
Boots - Charlotte Russe

Ciao!
