Outfit: Vintage Blazer, Skinnies and Boots

Greetings Fashionistas,

Oh what joy, the weekend is here!!! However, there's no rest for the weary. I have a liturgical dance tonight to perform at my cousin's church. Between you and me, I really don't want to do it....please don't judge me. I just have lot on my plate and I said yes a couple of months ago before I realized that my "cup had runneth over". But anyhew, I will probably freestyle about half of it. Here's praying that I allow the spirit to take over.

Tomorrow, I have two parties to attend (clearly I have a hard time saying no to people). Have you guys ever attended a passion party? It's really not my style and I just don't go coo coo for those toys (no shade to anyone who does). How do I bow out of my invitation? The host for the passion party will be at the other party as well! Aye ca rumba *in my best Bart Simpson voice*

My style have been borderline bland as of late. I'm just going to blame it on the stress and the fact that I have zero time to shop my closet. Maybe if I get up in the wee hours of the morning......on second thought, I'll just keep working on my time management skills ;-) I wore this outfit earlier this week as I got ready to head out to an event with the boo. I wanted to stay home because I had some work to get down, hence my defiance with my hair the lack of time I had to do something with my hair. The boo said all work and no play, blah, blah, blah......lol. I did have a great time and I was able to network so I guess I won't complain :-)

Let's just say I went for the messy bun look, LOL. I had to choose an outfit with a blazer so I could at least look pulled together. My mom found this for me at her local Goodwill and I just love it to pieces!

The length of this blazer is a lot longer than I usually prefer but it just works fabulously on this garment.

No darts in the back so the fit is completely relaxed. This is ideal for the season of layering!

I have no idea why this is the only pair of brown heeled boots I own! Blasphemy! I'm about to add another member to the family folks #exciting

DISCLAIMER: The wind was blowing really hard. My hair really wasn't this frizzy looking by the time I checked my reflection before I stepped out of the car, LOL.
