Outfit: Printed Pants and Chain-link Details

Greetings Fashion Friends,

I'm heading into another presentation today. I've got on my power suit and I think I'm prepared. But honestly, can you ever be completely ready? Somebody is going to ask me a question that I just don't know the answer to and it's going to annoy me.....trust. I'm serious about my work and I still get hung up on the "you can't know everything" line.....why not, it's in my nature to be ambitious. My boo thinks I'm psycho but what does he know, LOL.

It's still pretty warm down here in sunny Florida and I'm on the fence about it. I like the sun, but I kinda want to rock some boots and start layering.....but then I'm sure I will get tired of that too, lol. Fashion folk are notoriously known to have ADD when it comes to creating looks and I am not exempt. However, lately I've been super lazy in the creativity department. I'm doing the least and adding statement pieces that will hopefully bring some spark to my look. It's really sad, I love creating and styling but when it comes to me, I have been slacking big time!!! I'll have to work on that. Besides, I don't want to run away my readers with boring looks ;-)

This is pretty simple but it was hot as hell and I mainly want to show off my printed pants! You guys just don't know how huge this is for me. I have finally stopped cringing at the thought of prints in my wardrobe, lol.

These relaxed fit trousers are the most comfortable pair of pants I own. I am already planning how I can "winterize" them when the temps finally come down.

Of course you know they gotta have pockets but I love the cuffed pant leg the most. I think that detail gives the pants a more polished look. The platform heels were a must because my short stature resulted in these pants looking more pajama-inspired than relaxed fit.
