Outfit: Open, Distressed, and Wine

Greetings Fashionistas,

Happy Friday good people! I'm back on the mainland and I must admit......I'm quite sad about it, LOL. Seriously, I thank GOD for a beautiful experience. How can anyone question the lord's presence in the face of so much beauty and magnificence??? Needless to say, I have tons of photos that I will be sharing on the blog but first, I have to get motivated to download those suckas and edit them. My inner child is saying "awww mannn!!!" Such a majah task! I promise not to overload you all with photos, but I hope to choose the right ones that will provide you all with an accurate reflection of our experience in Oahu :-)

Today's post is a recap of an outfit I wore a couple of weeks ago while out doing something I can't seem to remember now. I'm sure it was important at the time........haaa!

I pulled out my open back top I've been dying to wear again. Honestly, I wear stuff in my head all the time then realize later on that I haven't really worn it for a while. Ummm....hard to explain. I probably should erase the earlier sentence that delves a bit into my psyche but this is me sooooo...........

FYI....these were the first pair of denim jeans that I destroyed on my own. Now, I do realize they could be light years better, however, they are still sentimental to me so you will unfortunately have to see these bad boys on here for a little while longer ;-) I'm in the process of distressing another pair *crosses fingers AND toes*

The wide-legged stance appears to be my favorite pose. SMH

Ummm....yea, weird facial expression. But I'm leaving this photo on here because my left leg looks slimmer, lol.

I was sooooo NOT trying to be matchy-matchy with my accessories, but that clutch just happened to complement my wedges perfectly. Who knew? Love that wine color!

Hey lady.Love the outfit. You look amaze! The shirt is tdf! Wish I had the guts to wear open back shirts...my back is not as toned as I would like it to be lol. And I love the jeans...they were actually the first thing I noticed so I think you did a great job with the DIY!!

Ok this may be a weird TMI question butttttt im curious about what other ladies do. I recently bought a few gel nip covers from tjmaxx and I love them when wearing strapless, halter, open back tops. However in a shit like this, the shirt has no support. So do you just go bare? What bra/undergarments do you wear? Can you do a post on bra/undergarments for non-traditional tops? I really hate the way regular strapless bras look and feel and with summer coming i'm sure I can't be the only one with this question! (Don't judge me pls! Lol)

Great job on distressing it yourself! I did a pair about 2 years ago, they became my FAVORITE jeans. I wore them until the fell apart (literally) and my mother BEGGED me to throw them out lol
