Outfit: It's A Celebration - Peplum Style

Greetings Fashionistas,

Happy Friday!!! Can I get a whoot, whoot? Today is a long day for me as I'm working both jobs....*insert annoyed but grateful face here*. However, this weekend I'm going to just kick it. The only thing I have planned is Resurrection Day services, and a fashion show on Sunday. Saturday is my free day so you know what that means....either shopping or sitting on my couch watching movies....hmmm, decisions, decisions. Maybe something else will come up but I'm out of town for the next two weekends in a row sooooo.....I think I'll be a lazy bum ;-)

Last Saturday, my friends took me out for my birthday. They were freakin hilarious but the place they chose, while very upscale, was a bust. But of course you know we still had a good time because we're all comedians, LOL.

You will not believe I bought this peplum style dress almost 3 years ago!!! I have never worn it before my pre bday celebration. I was styled by my lovely friends. You know how it is when you "freeze up" and nothing you choose to wear looks right.....my peeps came to the rescue!

So yea......I bought another pair of Lorissa's. These shoes are just so fabulous I couldn't pass up this sale in Off Saks 5th! Honest, I tried! This exact pair fell off the rack in front of me.....it was fate, LOL!

Me and my lovely stylist, Eric....he had limited options because I refused to wear anything other than a fitted dress, lol.

The homie Dexter rocked the suit look. Fab!

Oh Eric, must you vie for the center of attention? LOL. Folks kept asking him where he got his shoes from :-)

By this time, Eric was completely tipsy, SMH, lol. My bff Ann kept it classy and beautiful per usual.

I was NOT inebriated.....although this wobbly stance suggests otherwise.
