Greetings Fashion Pad Readers,
Welcome back from the weekend lovelies. I hope you all had a good one. My weekend was nothing like I told you guys on Friday but er ummm....I'm not complaining. I celebrated my brother and nephew's birthday back home on Friday evening. It was sooo fun and I ate a huge piece of cake. SMH. I went to the Fair on Saturday with my niece, nephews, and mom. We just went to eat and let the little one ride and play games. Needless to say, I'm going to need to work triple hard at the gym this week. I had corn dogs (2), fries, and a loaded elephant ear (butter, powdered sugar, and cinnamon). OMG. I'm full just thinking about it! Oh well, Sunday was a lazy day that involved church, laundry, catching up on work, and a rainy trip to Olive Garden because I was too laidback to cook.
Arrivederci!

I break out these boots at the first drop of rain, LOL! It's purely the kid in me because I love to stomp in puddles! The adult I've become has me throwing on a conservative blazer because I still want to appear good and grown ;-)
I swear no matter the size of the umbrella, you WILL get wet. Mother Nature is quite mischievous, lol.
This look is so prim and proper, LOL! Reminds me of a past trip to the country club. I like this casual dress because it has thin horizontal stripes, which are a little more friendly to a curvy diva....especially in this style ;-)
