Greetings Fashion Pad Readers,
Merry Christmas....well, that's for yesterday of course ;-) There were no chestnuts roasting by the open fire at my home, LOL. It was super hot!!! I can't believe we didn't get a cool breeze or nothing. SMH We got up and went to church, then we opened gifts, visited family, and brought on back home late that night. Spending time with the family is the BEST! However, I still don't feel rested from my mini "vacay". We were just always on the go so I didn't get a chance to lounge around on my mom's very comfy sofa. Oh well, I'll try to sit my behind down this upcoming weekend. In the meantime, here is a quick post on my Sunday attire.

Love this skirt....actually, I love any skirt that I can twirl in. We all have to cater to the little kid in us at some point in time, right?
Soft summer color palette.....hey, its how I was feeling because it was so darn HOT!
Earrings and Top - Forever 21
Belt - Thrifted
Bracelet - gift from sister (Kenneth Cole)
Rings - various street vendors
Skirt - H&M
Peep-Toe Pumps - Zara
I only had enough juice in my camera for 3 pics......needless to say my nephew was too excited, lol. They should be used to me by now using them for my photo ops....
I hope you all had a really good Christmas and I pray that you recognize the spiritual significance of Christmas. Although the origin of Christmas was pagan in nature, I believe that Christians have turned the holiday into one that celebrates the birth of Jesus and the spirit of giving. The message in church was "Have You Asked Jesus What He Wants for Christmas?" Matthew 2: 9-12. We ask everyone else....why not the birthday boy?
Arrivederci!
