Disappointed

Greetings Fashionistas,

TGIF!!! It's been a super looonnnggg week and I'm so ready to just chill with my family and friends.....and hang out. I also can't wait to shop some street vendors. Who doesn't love a football classic? Food, fun, and fashion....SWEET! My family is coming in town tonight and my friends will be in town on Saturday. Can't wait :-)

I'm going to have to use this weekend to hide the disappointment I experienced yesterday at Neiman Marcus. I went to see if they could order the Celine luggage tote for me. And to answer your question, yes, I'm that serious about this bag. Well, the good news is that they can indeed order it in whatever size or color they offer.....the bad news is that the prices have gone up by a couple hundred dollars (approximately $400 to be exact). So that means the small luggage tote is now $2,000.....and  the color I want, black, only comes in a small size. I wanted the medium luggage tote below but I realize that baby is probably close to $2500 bucks.....I'm experiencing an increasing heart rate and shortness of breath as I type this!!! Oh boy....why can't I just meet a baller who thinks I'm cute and wants to shower me with lovely designer duds???? I don't know if I can spend that much on a bag. I'm so torn because I'm in LOVE with this bag. I guess I could save a little more but I wanted it like yesterday :-( Well, here's one more look at my most coveted fashion item below.

This bag may not be your cup of tea but I LOVE clean lines, structure, large size, fine leather, and NO monograms!!!! I could really see myself gifting this bag to either my future daughter or my niece one day. But alas, it's back to the drawing board for me. The sales associate showed me two more bags by YSL (the Muse) and Marc Jacobs. While they were beautiful bags, the disappointment of the presently unattainable Celine didn't allow me to appreciate their exceptional design at the time. I want a bag that's not "knocked-off" and possesses exceptional craftsmanship.
