I'm Seeing Red.....

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

So red appears to be a super popular color for our warmer months. I think I own maybe 3 red garments ( a dress, shirt, and blouse....I think). However, I am a big fan of red accessories ( I own about 4 red handbags, several belts and hats, and about 10 pairs of red shoes). I think I love a pop of bright color, and red complements my plain neutral items such as black, cream, and gray so well.

However, I'm loving seeing red dresses and jumpsuits on some of our fav celebs. See below.

Tika Sumpter was spotted at a dinner in NYC in a jersey frock with a center bow....cute. The fab Selita Ebanks rocked a figure hugging red gown at a charity gala. She also pulled out the red pumps. I love it! So many people steer clear of the matchy fashion items but sometimes it just works.

Scarlett wore her namesake well at a Coach event this month. Kourtney Kardashian strutted the red carpet in a slightly too big/long fire engine red jumpsuit but she still looked cute nonetheless.

Kourtney's sister, Kim, wore a bodycon dress while out in NYC. Meanwhile, over in LA, Hayden promoted her new movie, Scream 4, in a lovely red mini. Who else is loving Hayden's short cut? I think it was one of the best decisions for her!

Selita's once again sporting this season's popular color in a Jay Godfrey dress at the Skyy Infusions Dragon Fruit launch....lovely. Olivia Munn also wore Jay Godfrey to the same event in Vegas. I love here how they complemented their attention grabbing frocks with nude heels. Perfecto!
