I came across this photo of Rihanna in NYC with an eclectic look, uniquely her own of course, last week. Then, I came across this pic of Kristin Cavallari out and about in the same denim dress. Which young starlet rocked it best?
My vote goes to Rihanna because I love the way she used the electric blue accessories to make the dress pop. Kristen looks good in her dress but the accessories don't liven it up at all.
What do you guys think?
