This is such a fun and flirty dress. I am feeling the built-in contrasting orange belt against the bright pink color of the dress. Don't be afraid to use two bold colors together. The key is to be minimal with one of the two colors, like the belt on this dress, or adding a bright colored handbag to an ensemble, or by adding bright jewelry. 
The intricate ties in the back will definitely give you a second glance. I think I'm going to go try this on at the mall this weekend. It looks really short but I think I can pull it off.
