This is a beautiful tank from Urban Outfitters. I really like the soft, demure front it presents when you walk into a room. Then, my greatest love of all, the exit. No matter if it's the back of a shirt, a well designed jacket, the heel of a shoe, or a dress; creating a cut-out or design on the back makes a lovely statement. However, make sure the focus is on the statement piece. If the back is designed great, style the hair in a way that highlights the look. The pic below is what not to do. Take a look.
