Outfit: Camouflage Top and Black Skater Skirt

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

Here's a fun fact: If you decide to go Easter egg hunting with a gang of kiddies (ages 5 - 10) and you're over the age of 30.....a moderate application of Bengay is quite necessary pre and post hunt!

Dudes, my uncle has an annual Easter egg hunt where he invites, family, friends, and neighbors to his home. He has a pool party, BBQ, and egg hunt all within the span of 4 hours or so. It's fun, but definitely chaotic!!! I "volunteered" to hunt with the above age group and folks I am still hurting, lol. I mean, I'm a Zumba instructor and yet I am feeling sore in muscles I totally forgot about. Insane!!!

I went to the movies this past Saturday evening to see 'Furious 7'. It was really good....but I will warn you that the tribute to the late Paul Walker at the end is a real tear jerker. Then again, I cry easily anyways, lol.

I had been eyeing this jacket/top in my closet for a while but never took the time to build an outfit with it. Camouflage is a very versatile pattern. I made the top my focal point but it looks great paired with an eye-catching red or yellow color palette.

These ankle boots add a bit of edge to my look.....I just love edgy styles. Maybe I was meant to be a punk rocker, lol.
