Outfit: Silk Vest, Graphic Tank, Denim

Greetings Fashion Divas,

I have been completely preoccupied lately with projects and my little fashion world has been neglected :-( But I'm back to share my little slice of style with a simple look.

Soooo.......this will probably be the last time I wear denim this summer. What on earth was I thinking???? I went to brunch with one of my fellow fitness instructors and I was sweating like a stuffed pig! Ladies...and gents.....I'm committed to fashion and my personal style, however, I refuse to look like the most uncomfortable person in the place. I'm okay with the title of 'Most Overdressed'.....LOL.

 

 

I wanted to lightly layer my look but it was not a good decision on my part with these stifling temperatures, lol. Additionally, I felt like my sunglasses increased my perfuse sweating!!! I may be exaggerating a little but it really was freakin' humid!

 

 

These hips don't lie!!! Please be aware that if you sport a top/layer that hits at your widest point......well, you will look wide! A garment that hits slightly below would have actually elongated my short torso. That's why I love blogging....you live and you learn, through pictures!!!
