Outfit: Chevron Print Dress and Metallic Heels

Greetings Fashionistas,

It's Frrrriiiiiday!!! Whoop, Whoop! Another work week bites the dust! I'm going to exhale, then go get ready for some retail therapy :-) I have yet another busy weekend but I'm certainly not complaining. As a matter of fact, last weekend was pretty busy and one of the events I attended with my babe even gave me an excuse to dress up. And wouldn't you know I wasn't the only one overdressed! I was sort of irritated at first but then I got over it, lol.

I bought this dress almost a year ago and this is the first time I'm wearing it. Clearly I'm lost cause. My "Do Better" campaign was a total fail!

 

 Anyways, I actually love the chevron print. At first, I thought it was going to be too busy for my personal tastes, but I really like it!

 

 

 

It was date night with the bf. I attended an open mic show where he was the featured artist. We had so much fun. One thing I learned........I cannot bend at the waist in this dress. My backside would be on display. SMH

 

 

The backless design of this dress is the perfect look with the high neckline.

 

 

 

Mini dress and fab ankle-strap heels = my favorite date night ensemble. These heels are really simple but the rose gold hue and metallic finish generates so many compliments every time I wear them.
