Outfit: Colorblock Sheath and Shiny Boots

Greetings Fashion Pad Readers,

How was your weekend? Mine was pretty uneventful but thank the good Lord I made it through another retail pharmacy shift. I've been thinking folks, I had better get a handle on this whole shopping thing or I'm going to be picking up extra shifts for a long time, LOL. But seriously, I like to travel and spoil my niece and nephews as well so I am definitely not complaining in the least.

I wore the below ensemble to church last Sunday and I must say I'm so in love with this dress. I found it on my lunch break (yes, why the heck was I in the stores instead of...lunching?) But I found a little versatile treasure with this garment. 

The colorblock design and the cut is perfect for church, business, or pleasure. Don't you just love finding pieces like this?

I added a little prim shawl when I debuted this number at church. It was a little chilly but I thought a blazer would be too severe. I plan to pair the dress with a blazer for work, and a tough leather jacket and booties for a night out.
