Outfit: Tangerine and Destroyed Denim

Greetings Fashion Pad Readers,

Happy Monday good people! I'm starting off the work week on a good note. Last week I was a little "off" but I got a chance to rest over the weekend and really enjoy some downtime and now I'm back on my grind! I went to see the movie Battleship and it was pretty good. There was a good dose of comedic relief but I will admit that it started off a little slow for me. I guess I like the action to start in the first 15 minutes of a movie, LOL. I also attended a fashion show styled my homegirl and I will share those pics soon. I was overdressed and loving it!!! All and all it was a fabulous weekend.

Below I included some pics I took while out kicking it with the family a few weeks back. I chose the absolute brightest tangerine top on earth, lol. I had to tone down the color in these pics or you guys would have been blinded for sure! 

The top is made with a silk blend so it was so cool, lightweight, and draped nicely.

I distressed these denim jeans and now I'm on a quest to distress at least 3 more pairs! I hope I have time to do them before I go out of town next month. June is super busy for me!

I think I wanna slash these a little bit more in some spots....what do you think?
