Hawaii Recap - Part II

Greetings Fashion Mavens,

Today I'm going to recap days 2 and 3 of my trip to the island of Oahu. WARNING: Heavy Pic Post!!! But I promise to make it enjoyable ;-)

Love the back of this dress.....



My mother was a beast when it came to the little shops, LOL!




I was so excited that I was able to catch the fog over the volcano.....beautiful!



My mother refuses to stop saying this when she greets me....LOL!





Germaine's Luau was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I'm cosigning this adventure (yea, who am I right?). But seriously, we had soooo much fun and it was entertaining from beginning to end!



Haaa! This guy came in 2nd place in the dance competition. Can't find the photo of the winner...he was awesome!




The imu (underground cooking pit) where the pig was removed.




Our delicious meal....pineapple cole slaw, tempura mahi mahi, smoked pig, potato macaroni salad (an Hawaiian staple), salad, white rice (non-alcoholic drinks for me).



Ummm.....fine piece of human right here, lol.




It started to rain as soon as the show was over so it was a mad dash back to her bus!



But not before a photo opp, lol.

Great pictures. I used to live on Oahu for about a year - like 2 miles from the international market place! so crazy to see these pictures... and we used to go to St. Germaines like once a month! haha... this post was nostalgic for me!
