Outfit: Making a Statement

Greetings Fashion Divas,

If you've been following me for a while, you know that I'm pretty much a minimalist when it comes to my personal style. However, I will still argue that my style is modern due to my consistent gravitation towards stand-out, on trend pieces. I also experiment with retro, edgy, preppy, bohemian, and urban styles....actually, I love ALL things fashion ;-)

I took my simple style out to lunch with a friend but not before jazzing it up a tiny bit with my lovely statement necklace and high heels. I do love a dazzingly piece of jewelry whether I'm running errands or networking at a business dinner. And high heels automatically make my day!

 I love this image....makes me feel like a lion getting ready to pounce on an unsuspecting prey. Ummm, yea, I watch too much Animal Planet, LOL!



 I'm still rocking the midi skirt....at least until I get tired of it. I don't really have a timeline on fashions that work for me.

 So here's a close up of my statement piece. This necklace is pretty delicate...although it looks heavy, it weighs less than 1/4 lb. Perfect!
