Fashion Recap: 53rd Grammy Awards

Greetings Fashion Pad Readers,

So I had a cool, but relatively uneventful weekend. I went out to a few new eateries and I'll post outfit pics later because the dinner was nothing to remember...seriously.

However, on Sunday, I watched the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards. Yaaayyy!!!! Okay, every year I get hooked on these awards shows mainly due to the red carpet fashion show. It's inevitable that I continue to watch the show following the red carpet finale. Well, last night was no different.

Rihanna goes racy with this lovely, and slightly revealing, Jean Paul Gaultier gown.

Ciara works her lovely body with this barely there number by Emilio Pucci. I'm not sure I love this but......if I had her body I'd rock a two piece swimsuit ALL year long. Just saying....

Here is another fly chick in a revealing number. Kim K is rocking a Kaufman Franco dress. It sure does remind me of something J.Lo wore recently. I'm trying to locate it in my archives but no success.....yet. Kim looks great but those shoes should have been slingbacks or some dainty, strappy heels. Those pumps are a little too chunky in my opinion.

Disney cutie Selena Gomez looks chic in her J.Mendel gown.

Jennifer Lopez is showing off her very toned legs in her platinum Emilio Pucci mini. But I'm in love with her Christian Louboutin heels. Fire!

Miss Keri Hilson looks lovely in this blue number with gold accents. Loves her hair and makeup. Flawless!

Mya is simply divine. I'm so glad I ran up on this photo of her. Gorgeous gown. I gotta found out who designed it.

Miley Cyrus looks like a glamorous hippie chic as she strolls down the red carpet in a bold animal print number by Roberto Cavalli. I like :-)

Oh yeah....and then there's Jennifer Hudson and her svelte figure in a lovely Versace gown and Christian Louboutin buckle heels.

Who did you all choose as your fav red carpet looks?

Ciara, Rihanna, and Kim Kardashian were all too much for my taste. Everybody else looked great.
