I spotted this pic of Dita von Teese over at People.com and I'm loving her electric blue sheath.
Dita was at a book signing in L.A. Does she have a book out??? Anyhew, I think her dress is gorgeous but I probably would have liked to see it paired with a platform heel. I like the Loubs below to start.
