Who Rocked It?

Greetings Fashionistas,

I forgot to share with you all that I made a cute little dress in sewing class (oops, Clothing Construction) the other night. I was soooo scared when my teacher told us what we would be doing but it was pretty straight forward and dare I say.....fun. I'm thinking I'm going to definitely love this class by the end of the term!

Now for another rendition of Who Rocked It we have Rihanna sporting these interesting cut-out flat boots back in March in NYC and Kim K wearing the same kicks recently as she arrives at the airport in NYC. Sidebar, are these shoes only to be worn in NYC??

I think both celebs rocked these shoes. They're pretty hard to pull off but I like the fashion forward approach RiRi took and the laid-back glam look Kim K sported. What do you all think?
