Welcome back from the weekend, hope you had fun. I skipped the actual show but I was in place to watch the red carpet and it was just....okay. The Oscars is one of the world's largest fashion shows in my opinion and I was eager to see what our designers had in store. I've posted my favorites below.
Miley Cyrus in a Zuhair Murad gown. The embellishments are a little over the top and the scalloped skirt reminds me of a wedding cake but oddly I still like it.
I love the color of this Armani Prive gown on Alicia Keys but her make-up doesn't look really good.
Marisa Tomei in Versace, one of my top favorite ensembles of the evening
Anne Hathaway's look is nothing short of regal in this Armani Prive creation
Freida Pinto looks gorgeous in John Galliano. I'm think I'm more in love with the blue color, it's really striking.
Viola Davis looks radiant in Reem Acra. The fabric looks really rich which is a hard thing to pull off when working with metallics.
Sarah Jessica Parker looks super fab and reminds me of that old Hollywood glamour in Dior Haute Couture
Taraji P. Henson arrived in a beautiful Roberto Cavalli gown. My absolute favorite look of the night!!!
