To Be or Not to Be.......Caged Up

Greetings Divas and Happy Friday,

For some reason, yesterday, I kept thinking it was Friday all day long. I literally wrote today's date on documents as well. I, like everyone else, sometimes wishes the weekend would come sooner and confuse days, but not to the extent where I get it wrong all day! Weird. Well, after that disappointing revelation I completely blacked out at work for the remainder of the day. LOL!
So of course I started surfing the net, looking for style inspirations, new store arrivals, online and retail sales, and celebrity fashion. As I was looking at the gossip sites and the red carpet looks a noticed a shoe trend that has spread like wildfire....caged heels.

Check out Meagan Good at the premiere of Saw V working the red carpet in Glenys Elaphe snakeskin sandals.

Star Jones and my girl Rihanna are both rocking Jimmy Choo cage/gladiator heels.

Fergie and Mary J. Blige work the cage heels well. Those heels add pizazz to Mary's rather conservative ensemble.

Check out the heels below as well as some other options:

Jimmy Choo Glenys Elaphe Snakeskin Sandals
I love the way Fergie works these heels. The heels really toughed up the softness of the dress.

Christian Louboutin Button-Web Strappy Sandal
Yeah, the picture is tiny....sue me! I guess Neiman Marcus has joined the ever expanding websites that use the Adobe Flash program. In other words, no copying. However, I just could not pass up the opportunity to post these lovely heels. The silky suede is truly a luxurious material wrapped around your feet.

CARLOS BY CARLOS SANTANA Women's Cage

I'm interested to see how these slingbacks look on my feet.

KORS Michael Kors - Private Black Patent
These are too cute! They really classy and the straps add spunk.

Amy Gladiator Bootie

$198.00 www.bebe.com
I think this bootie is super hot and completely unique. I saw in Bebe a couple weeks back but I didn't have a chance to try it on. You know, for kicks and giggles.

Dolce Vita Chasity Patent Destroyer Heels
$174.00 www.tobi.com
Okay, the name of the shoe says it all, "destroyer". Yeah, it'll definitely destroy my feelings if I see anyone in these before I have a chance to cop them.
Well, I know I've done two posts back to back on shoes, then on top of that, I did them on black shoes. Next week I'll try to get some color in my life, maybe.
TTFN!
