Just wondering if you can help me create an outfit for a BBQ that I'm attending next Saturday evening. It's on a private beach with some real cute guys and I want to look like I'm stylish and sexy without over doing it. I would prefer orange because it's my favorite color and the rest is up to you.
Well Lynda, thanks for the freestyle. I'll do my best. Foremost, I would like to say that orange is a very vibrant color that looks great at night with gold accessories. Since you'll be on the beach, I'll style you with some comfortable sandals that won't slip off your feet. I'll try an orange top and neutral bottom to give you a balance and to make sure you look relaxed and comfortable. Hope you like!
The handbag is optional here. I probably would not take it with you, it's a BBQ, although I'm sure everyone will mainly be mingling and trying to hook up.

Here is another alternative if you feel most comfortable in a dress, like I do. Notice I've continued with the metallic accessories but I've nixed the handbag. I think it would look to forced.
If the BBQ is super casual, nix the gold jewelry....but keep the gold metallic gladiators.
