Trying to see how I'm going to up the style quotient at this soiree I'm planning to attend in a couple of weeks. So I went on my trusty Polyvore site and created a look I'm trying to achieve. The only thing is....... it looks a little fall-ish to me. I don't know, I may go back to the drawing board. Oh well, I still like it! Not to mention, the articles of clothing I've chosen are still in for Fall. Yippie!
As you can see, I'm really trying to make waves in the style department. My mind was really feeling a daring, sexy top like this deep v-neck ruffle blouse with long pants. The wide-leg pants are for balance. I don't want to come off as a sex kitten. Then I thought to throw them off the mark by pairing strong, edgy pieces like the studded cuff and high heel platforms with a dainty pair of chandelier earrings and a simple necklace. And of course I couldn't forget the vintage purse. I definitely want them inquiring about it's origin or at the least, foaming at the mouth. LOL!
